Giving back to support health care in the community
Porsche Centre North Toronto is committed to supporting the health and well-being of the communities where our customers, employees and their families live and work. We also understand the central role that North York General plays in caring for our community. That’s why we’re so proud to contribute our annual fundraising efforts towards North York General Foundation. The Foundation’s mission is to raise and steward funds that enable North York General to deliver exceptional health care.
The Foundation supports North York General Hospital’s most urgent needs, including equipment replacement and upgrades not covered by the government, new technology, capital projects, upgrades to care spaces, and research.
North York General is Here for Life, providing outstanding care at every life stage. The hospital has one of the largest Birthing Centres in Ontario, a top performing Emergency Department, Canada's only accredited breast cancer program, comprehensive palliative care and innovative and compassionate seniors' care. The hospital is also entering the most ambitious and exciting period in its history and expanding to support the growing needs of the community with a new Patient Care Tower and a new Long-Term Care Development.
