Porsche 911 GT3 Touring Manthey Kit

2022-2024 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring (992.1) Manthey Kit

Understatement in increasing form. There are enthusiasts who appreciate understatement. Then there are those who understand how purposeful understatement can become when honed by Manthey. Approved for the road and tailored for use on the racetrack as well as on track days.

The 911 GT3 Touring Manthey Performance Kit is a study in precision. No towering rear wing, no theatrics. Just a sophisticated aerodynamic system born in the wind tunnel at the Porsche Development Center in Weissach and proven at the Nürburgring Nordschleife (North Loop), designed for owners who savor the purity of the Touring specification but expect world-class chassis control on the road and at track days.

The result: Driving performance that makes the motorsport heartbeat faster. With even more precise handling, higher cornering speeds and increased agility.

Note: All components are Porsche approved. Installation of this Kit does not affect the OEM vehicle warranty. It is engineered as a unified system. Every element works in concert, which is why the kit is installed as a complete package.

Real World Intent

Performance figures tell only part of the story. In downtown Toronto traffic, the Touring Manthey Kit feels composed, alert and wonderfully restrained. On the 407 or the Don Valley Parkway on a clear morning, the chassis settles into the pavement with a confidence that makes long sweeps feel effortless.

Take it to Calabogie and the car becomes sharper at turn-in. Go to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park and you start to trust the rear in high-speed transitions. Fly to Germany and you discover why the Nordschleife became the development yardstick. The Touring, enhanced by Manthey, gives the sensation of a GT car hand-fitted for those who truly know what they have.

Aerodynamics Package

The Touring Manthey visual is subtle and deliberate. It sharpens the design but does not change the Touring’s identity.

At the front, an enlarged lip works with additional airflow elements beneath the car to manage pressure at speed. Combined with a carbon rear diffuser optimized for flow, the Touring achieves a 17 percent increase in downforce. Whether threading between the walls at Calabogie or cruising across Yonge Street in Yorkville, the result is improved stability and remarkably predictable steering input.

Instead of grabbing attention, it rewards those who can feel the difference when the steering becomes quieter, the turn-in more exact, and the rear more disciplined.

Coilover Suspension

Manthey engineers tuned the coilover system to deliver measurable performance gains without sacrificing Touring refinement.

The suspension uses fully aluminum 4-way adjustable dampers. Both compression and rebound are independently adjustable at low and high speeds. All adjustments are done without tools. Spring rates are recalibrated: +10% at the front and -7% at the rear.

On Toronto’s mixed surfaces, the suspension absorbs imperfections without dulling communication. On track, the GT3 Touring responds like a driver’s car should. Under braking before Moss Corner at CTMP you feel stability instead of nervousness. Through the Nürburgring’s Hatzenbach and into Hocheichen, the chassis reads the tarmac and feeds information back through your fingertips.

A configuration compatible with the front axle lift system is available.

Brake Line Set with Steel Jacket

Confidence begins with the brake pedal. The Manthey brake line set with steel jacket resists thermal expansion and pressure fluctuations. Pedal feel stays consistent when temperatures rise and brake pressure climbs.

The refinement is noticeable on the street where modulation becomes smoother. At Calabogie, the difference becomes obvious after a few laps. Approaching the braking zone for Turn 4, the pedal stays firm, feedback stays consistent, and you are able to carry greater trust into corner entry.

For track use, optional Manthey racing brake pads are available for vehicles equipped with the gray cast iron braking system. These pads improve fading resistance, deliver steady friction across a wide temperature range, and allow very controlled trail braking when pushing deeper into apex.

Other Components

The Touring Manthey Kit includes illuminated matte carbon door entry guards with red and white Manthey lettering. LED door projectors cast the Manthey emblem onto the ground as you enter. It is a subtle moment of pride that few owners will ever experience.

For track days, two towing loops are available in red, black or yellow. They mount to the factory threaded locations front and rear and must be removed for public road use.

Owners who enjoy a discreet external nod to Manthey may select logo decals for both doors in white or black.

Manthey Wheel Set

As an alternative to the standard GT3 Touring wheel set, the 20 and 21 inch 911 Manthey lightweight wheel set is available.

This wheel design reduces unsprung and rotating mass by 7.3 kilograms across the set. The effect is immediate. The suspension responds faster, the steering becomes more communicative, and the Touring feels even more willing to change direction through Calabogie’s chicanes or the decreasing radius of Turn 3 at CTMP.

The standard GT3 Touring wheels are available in Brilliant Silver, Black in silk gloss and Dark Silver. The Manthey lightweight set adds Neodymium to that selection.

Both sets are delivered without tires, valves or tire pressure monitoring sensors.

Fitment specification
Front axle: 9.5 J x 20 RO 46 with 255 35 ZR 20 (97Y) XL tires.
Rear axle: 12 J x 21 RO 45 with 315 30 ZR 21 (105Y) XL tires.

Porsche recommends Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires.

In a world where every GT3 is desirable, a Touring refined by Manthey stands in a league that cannot be replicated by aftermarket upgrades. It is an expression of Porsche factory development, motorsport know how and the pleasure of owning something few others possess.
