Porsche 911 GT3 Manthey Kit

2021-2024 Porsche 911 (992.I) Manthey Kit
There are Porsche GT cars… and then there are Porsche GT cars prepared by Manthey. Developed in close cooperation with Porsche & Manthey Motorsport engineers, the Manthey Kit transforms the 911 GT3 (Type 992.1) from a benchmark track weapon into a machine that feels genetically coded for precision.
Porsche factory driver Kévin Estre proved exactly what that means: a blistering 6:55.737 lap of the Nürburgring Nordschleife over 20.8 km.
For owners in Toronto, Calabogie, Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, or those fortunate enough to travel Nürburgring themselves, it translates to a GT3 that is calmer at speed, more communicative mid-corner, and strikingly composed when you ask for every last tenth of a second.
The key is purpose-built optimization—new aerodynamics, chassis refinement, brake upgrades, and the option to spec Manthey’s exclusive lightweight wheel set. Every component is Porsche approved, engineered to factory standards, and crucially: installation of the Manthey Kit does not affect the OEM warranty. All components were intensively tuned and tested on the driving dynamics test stand and in the high-performance wind tunnel of the Porsche Development Center in Weissach.
Note: Approval for road use and warranty remain unchanged. The individual components of the 911 GT3 Manthey Kit are precisely tailored to one another. For this reason, they may only be installed together on the vehicle. Individual offers are shown separately. Contact your authorized Porsche dealer for further information.

Aerodynamics Package
Manthey follows the Porsche creed of form serving function. The kit begins with a larger, geometry-optimized front spoiler. Together with its signature canards and underbody airflow elements, the GT3 gains approximately 30% more front-axle downforce. On streets like Bayview Avenue or the Gardiner Expressway, you feel it in the calm steering input at highway speed—less micro-correction, more confidence.
At the rear, a longer-finned diffuser and a stunning exposed-carbon rear wing with offset vane and enlarged endplates deliver an approx. 45% increase in rear downforce. You’ll feel that stability exiting turn 8 at Calabogie or diving into corner 4 at CTMP — the rear tracks like it’s anticipating your next input. The wing proudly features the painted Manthey logo, a nod to heritage for those who know.
Completing the aero suite are carbon aerodiscs on the rear wheels. These are not cosmetic; they smooth turbulence at speed while presenting a motorsport aesthetic. Their decorative films can match the vehicle exterior or wheel color, underscoring the curated nature of Manthey-equipped cars.
Coilover Suspension
The threaded coilover suspension was not tuned in isolation, it was born from repeated track cycles and vehicle dynamics data. The hardware itself is pure motorsport: fully aluminum, 4-way adjustable dampers, accessible without tools, allowing quick tuning of both compression and rebound at low and high speeds.
Spring rates are revised for balance: +10% at the front, -7% at the rear. The result is a GT3 that feels sublimely neutral. On the Nordschleife, it inspires commitment into high-load corners like Schwedenkreuz.
On Canadian tracks like CTMP, it calms the car through the high-speed, blind transitions. Even on Toronto roads, it provides subtle compliance over imperfect pavement, without dulling feedback.
Whether your car is equipped with the front axle lift system or not, the Manthey suspension is crafted to deliver performance with drivability—there is no race-car penalty on the daily commute.
Brake Wire Harness with Steel Sleeve
Braking is confidence, and Manthey engineers sharpened that instrument. The steel-sleeved brake line set provides quicker hydraulic response and immediate pedal feel—particularly noticeable on the approach to Calabogie’s Turn 5 or the quick braking zones of the Nürburgring’s Hatzenbach.
For GT3 models with gray cast-iron braking systems, optional Manthey racing brake pads can be fitted. These improve fade resistance, offer consistent friction across a wide temperature window, and enhance control under repeated heavy braking. The wear characteristics are predictable, disc aggression is minimal, and the pedal tells you more—not less—when temps climb.
Additional Functional Details
Race days are considered in every aspect of this kit. Two red tow loops are included, designed to thread into the pre-existing factory mounts on the front and rear. They must be removed for public road use, but their presence at the track is unmistakably purposeful.
The cabin also receives tasteful Manthey signature touches: carbon matte illuminated door entry guards with red/white Manthey branding, and LED door projectors that cast the Manthey logo as you step in or out. Owners may opt for exterior Manthey logos in white or black on the doors—subtle, but unmistakable to enthusiasts who recognize rarity.
Manthey Wheel Set
The Manthey Kit supports both the factory 20/21-inch 911 GT3 wheels, and the exclusive 20/21-inch Manthey lightweight wheel set (delivered without tires, valves, or TPMS sensors).
The lightweight wheels represent a quiet engineering triumph. They reduce unsprung and rotational mass by 16.1 lbs (7.3 kg) per set, noticeably improving damper response and steering clarity. In practice, you feel quicker direction changes through complex sections: the car rotates into CTMP’s Moss Corner with less effort, then settles effortlessly down the back straight.
Standard 20/21-inch 911 GT3 Wheel Finishes:
Brilliant Silver
Black (satin-gloss)
Dark Silver
Optional 20/21-inch Manthey Lightweight Wheel Finishes:

The wheel set is suitable for the corresponding tire sizes:
Front axle: 9.5 J x 20 RO 46 with 255/35 ZR 20 (97Y) XL tires.
Rear axle: 12 J x 21 RO 45 with 315/30 ZR 21 (105Y) XL tires.
Porsche recommends using Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires.
The Manthey Signature
Owning a Manthey-equipped GT3 is not about louder statistics—it’s about a Porsche that feels more resolved. The steering becomes a handshake rather than a transaction. The car behaves with the bumpy tarmac on Lake Shore Boulevard at dawn yet demands everything of you when launched onto a hot lap at Nürburgring or a brisk morning at Calabogie or CTMP.
This is a factory-engineered rarity: Porsche-Approved, warranty-friendly, designed for those who appreciate a GT3 that stands apart—not because of louder decals or aftermarket compromise, but because Porsche and Manthey built it to be so.
